Philosophy:

The most important part of my philosophy as a coach would have to be to ensure that my skaters have a fun and rewarding time on and off the ice. I strongly believe that you are rewarded by what you put in, the amount of time and effort will pay off in the end. I also recognize that people learn differently; I want to put my focus on understanding how to help my skaters by identifying ways to explain skating techniques so that each skater can understand the skill being taught. I love skating and strive to be a good role model on and off the ice by showing an interest in each skater and sharing my enthusiasm towards all of their accomplishments, big or small.
